The Union Pacific Railroad Company is ordered to install and maintain warning signals at the railroad crossing on U.S. Highway 83 in the city, such signals to be flashing signals showing red lights by day and night, whenever a train is within the railroad yard at Oakley, Kansas.

The railroad company shall install such signals and put them in operation within ninety days from March 7, 1930, and shall keep such signals in working order at all times thereafter. Each day that any such signal is not in service is deemed a separate violation of this chapter and is punishable by a fine of not less than one dollar nor more than one hundred dollars for each such day.
